Nicole Wagner - Learning Specialist

I help students at SIIT by being a supportive listener when the pressure of school work becomes overwhelming; by listening I can help students to refocus and prioritize workloads to have a better work-life balance.

If you have stuggled in the past with studies (whether it was highschool or a different Post-Secondary course), or if the current curriculum is starting to become overwhelming, please reach out or contact me if you would like additional help.

I can help by providing strategies to help manage time, homework, and note-taking. If needed, I can refer you to a psychologist for a more in-depth assessment, then work together to develop a plan that helps you have the best chance at success.

If you need me:

I can be found at the Saskatoon Main Campus in Room 202, or through email at: wagnern@siit.ca.

I am available Monday to Friday, before/after classes, possibly during class if you have permission.

My favourite Care Bear is Wish Bear. Wish Bear helps make wishes come true, and reminds people that although they don’t always come true making wishes and working hard to help make them come true is still fun. I love her teal colour and shooting start belly symbol.

If I were a fruit I would be a pineapple because they stand tall, wear a crown and are sweet on the inside!

Water is my happy place; I find it soothing and energizing at the same time. I love the lake, the ocean, or even a quick walk by the South Saskatchewan to recharge my batteries! I am a certified scuba diver who loves exploring the amazing world under the ocean.
