Adult Basic Education
Overview
Supplemented with traditional teachings of Saskatchewan Indian culture and history, the SIIT Adult Basic Education (ABE) program is provincially recognized and accredited. The program is tailored to meet Saskatchewan curriculum requirements and give learners the skills and tools to sustain higher levels of learning to pursue post-secondary education, training and employment.
SIIT welcomes all learners to ABE, which is both an academic program and a holistic approach to learning. Your personal, physical and social well being will be supported and nurtured throughout the program.
When you complete the Adult 12 program, you will receive a Saskatchewan education department standing equivalent to the 24-credit Saskatchewan Grade-12 program.
