Job Coaching

Job Coaching is an innovative feature of the Career Centres that was implemented upon recommendation by the construction industry and other partners. The job coach

• assists participants with the development of employability skills,
• provides career counselling and advice,
• assists Career Centre participants overcome barriers to employment and training, and
• provides liaison between workers and employers.
